The 2024-25 Coaching Community begins August 2024!

The job of reaching college students in their formative years is not for the faint of heart. Don’t do it alone. Join with others doing the same work in their local contexts across the nation. This exclusive online community gathers monthly on video calls for specific church and college student mission training, group work, and prayer. We will also have the opportunity to gather for in-person retreats for the first time this year! It is our hope that each local church college ministry leader will be prepared with fresh ideas, inspiration and peer-to-peer support as they attempt new things for the sake of loving the campus.

  • Discover the five essential building blocks of college student mission from Fusion Movement global leader Rich Wilson and other college student practitioners

  • How the church can best love, reach and disciple incoming college freshmen

  • Practical tools and opportunities for raising up student leaders in both the church and on campus

  • Tools and tips for building formational friendships with this generation

  • Let’s take a breath together and establish some rhythms of soul care and retreat as college student leaders and pastors

  • How the church can best love and serve our local HBCUs, international students, and neighbors who may look different than us

  • Why the college campus is a mission field and how we can best reach our campuses down the street

  • How we can send college students well so they thrive in the workplace and world

  • What have we learned/seen Jesus do throughout the year? How are you multiplying your mission and leadership? What are we praying for?

Throughout the year, training content is brought to the community by the Fusion team alongside practitioners within the community, from across the US, and from Europe.

Every session is interactive, with discussion, Q & A and prayer. You will be led deeper into the work in designated breakout rooms for peer-to-peer learning and support.

For the first time ever we will be offering small, relational leader retreats to add the much-needed in-person connection time to our community. Look out for our Winter Leaders Retreat this December on the beach in Florida.
