The Fusion USA team is small but mighty! We bring over a decade of experience in working with college students and the local church. We are here to work with you for the sake of the campus.
Miriam Swanson
Executive Director
Miriam moved from the UK to Florida to pioneer the work of Fusion in the USA (and married an American!) She has been in the movement for over a decade, equipping students in faith, sharing Jesus, training leaders and churches and speaking internationally.
Claire Hart
Prep for College Manager
Claire lives in Lexington, Kentucky and oversees Fusion’s Prep for College program. She has years of experience discipling Gen Z and equips churches to best prepare their graduating seniors to thrive in their faith while in college.
Brandon Shook
Manager of Partners and Networks
Brandon Shook lives in Houston, Texas and is our go-to for new church Fusion connections! “Shook” has decades of youth and young adult ministry experience and is excited to meet you!
Jess Carroll
Administrative Assistant
Jess Carroll lives in Lexington, Kentucky and has recently joined our team to help Fusion with our operational needs. She was a part of a college ministry staff for three years and is still very passionate about the next generation!
The Fusion USA team members raise their own salaries through individual and local church partner-support.
