We recommend flying into George Bush International airport in Houston, TX. We will coordinate rental car-shares and lifts once we have an idea of everyone's travel timings and plans.

All food and snacks are included in the cost. we will be preparing food together family-style and will collect dietary requirements nearer the time.

Due to limited space, some of us will be sharing rooms (men/women separate obviously). no one will be sharing beds and we will work with one another put the right people in the right places so that everyone feels comfortable. If you need your own room for a specific reason, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
